Save Our Sand Beach Cleans 2023
Another beach clean season is almost here, with the first session on 21st March.
If you want to come along, please let me know beforehand either by email or text to 07584 060100. Generally, all cleans will start at 10.00am and will last for 1½ hours, the exception being on 6t June, when it will commence at 11.00am. Please note that this year most of our sessions are on Tuesdays, not Thursdays as they were last year. This is to work around the tide times.
As with the last 2 years we will litter pick along the beach as well as the coast path. I will advise you of the 100m beach stretch where some of us will carry out an intensive review, after which I will send the data to the Marine Conservation Society for analysis.All equipment is provided although I know some of you have your own gear.
